I am seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a decentralized finance (DeFi) program that integrates Uniswap and snipping features. The program will allow users to create and manage their own decentralized exchanges (DEXs) on the Ethereum blockchain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a DeFi program that utilizes Uniswap protocol to facilitate token swaps and liquidity provision
- Implement snipping features to allow users to create and manage their own DEXs, including:
    + Creating and managing liquidity pools
    + Setting prices and fees for token swaps
    + Monitoring and managing liquidity levels
- Ensure the program is secure, scalable, and compatible with the Ethereum blockchain
- Implement robust testing and debugging procedures to ensure the program is bug-free and functioning as expected
- Provide clear documentation and instructions for users to interact with the program

Technical Requirements:
