Database building (In English) for Ap

We need a freelancer to help us built a Private clinic database for the us (non fqhc)

you will be in charge of the following states: ny, fl (you may take all from the same state or a spread) it is 100% up to you

to help you with you search and avoid the fqhc please note that most clinics that contains the word “healthcare” or health center” are fqhc and we do not want them in the list.

Information needed for each private clinic:  City, State, Address, Postcode, Phone number, website (if any), email inquiry address (or link to the email form address).
In short the hard part is to sort from any listing you may differentiate independent doctor clinic with FHQC. Once you have this sorted the job should be very fast and easy.

Timeline 2~3 weeks. I need 750 entries completed. If you want to do more this is 100% fine.


I will need an update and your file EVERYDAY so I can assess your project and ensure we are on track.
