3. Improve Speed Without Compromising Quality. I've learned keyboard shortcuts to save time; and also use of templates or pre-filled forms if repetitive data is involved.
4. Set Up a Comfortable Workspace
Ensure good lighting and ergonomic seating. Minimize distractions to maintain focus.
5. I use Data entry software like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized programs for better work.
6. Stay Organized: Create a logical naming convention for files. Regularly back up your data to avoid loss.
7. Proofread after entry. Use cross-check methods like summing columns or using filters to ensure no entries are miss.

Project overview

This above project, are data extracted from students' answer scripts and information extracted includes, 1. Student Name, 2. Students Matrix No., 3. Sex, 4. Score, etc. The documents used include - hardcopies of the scripts, information from Google forms already fill by the students. After the extraction, the file was then used for further data processing using SPSS
