I am seeking a skilled data analyst to assist in cleaning and merging 20 years' worth of American Community Surveys data to assist with a Master's level research project. The ideal candidate will have experience with large datasets, proficient in data cleaning techniques, and adept at using tidyverse in R for data manipulations. Your role will involve ensuring data integrity, resolving inconsistencies, and preparing datasets for analysis. The task is to combine 20 years of ACS data where variable names are inconsistent across some years. A subset of ACS variables have been selected for the project, so we only need to bind those predictors across the years.
