I need someone to create a computer vision system with the YOLO algorithm (ideally v8-9 or 10) to monitor construction sites with UAVs, I already have the project advanced in Pytorch but I need to finish it. The data set to use can be anything found in Roboflow, I need the system to recognize what type of machinery is being used, if the machine is in a specific area and at what speed it is moving. And then that data that appears per frame in the terminal export it to a data viewer so that the person viewing the dashboard can make a real-time monitoring status.
