We are a real estate platform feliciti.co. We help people find co-living communities. We are looking for an energetic customer support specialist who can effectively communicate with users on the platform and also onboard new users to our platform.

Task description:
- Pass an orientation and a small tutorial
- Answer new messages from users (around 30 messages)
- Ask user questions based on requirements
- Reach out to new users
- Follow up with users

This is a trial task, after you successfully complete it, we'll give you a job.
