As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team by engaging with customers through live chats and responsive communication. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing real-time inquiries and providing solutions via web chat.
- Handling inbound phone calls to address customer needs and concerns.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing knowledgeable and friendly support.
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback to enhance our service offerings.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in or knowledge of mobility equipment is advantageous but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
