Commercial and residential cleaning company in the Bay Area is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for commercial and residential business development, building and maintaining contacts in the cleaning industry, answering the phone, setting up new account information, generating leads, and resolving customer issues.

Excellent English (Basic Spanish OK) computer skills and excellent people skills are essential for this job. We are looking for someone who can solve problems: a quick thinker that can help us resolve any customer issues.Â
Ideal candidate will have experience working with a phone sales script and have an outgoing, friendly personality, must be able to help provide excellent customer service for a busy cleaning service company.

Responsibilities include.

-Scheduling
- Sales over the phone
-Interaction with customers & and cleaning technicians
- Problem solving
