Duties and Responsibilities:

- Speak with customers directly over the phone using a headset.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, and manage customer accounts.
- Write emails, create tasks, review and resolve tickets.

- Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.

Project overview

Requirements: 2-3 years of Customer Service experience for an English language call center. Full fluency in the English language and conversation. Dedicated workspace at home and equipment with the following specifications: - USB-Type headset and functional webcam - Windows 10 Home or Pro Activated pc - pc processor: intel i3 / i5 / i7 (2.0GHz & up) or AMD Ryzen 3 / Ryzen 5 / Ryzen 7 (2.0GHz & up) - PC Memory: 8GB & up • Hard Drive: 500GB & up - Hard Wire/Ethernet Connection (Wireless internet connection is prohibited) - Screen: Laptop - 15.6'' & up / Dektop - 20'' & up (The use of two screen is recommended but not required) - Minimum Internet speed required: 15 Mbps upload/15 Mbps download (If internet speed is more than 15mbps - dl and up speed must be at least symmetrical) excellent knowledge of google chrome, microsoft word, excel and outlook. Must be residing outside the US Good to have: Previous experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Five9 Previous work with US consumers as a Customer Service Representative, especially in the financial or credit related industries. Work from home experience Bilingual skills (Spanish & English)
