Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a friendly and professional manner.
Issue Resolution: Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may prefer an associate degree or higher).
