At Treevotion (conscious startup about tree planting), we need someone to work online around 0.5 to 1.5 per day every day (Monday to Sunday), answering customer questions and solving their inquires through all our communication channels which may include: email, facebook messenger, instagram direct, or social networks comments.
Customers questions may include: product info, shipping updates, general doubts about our business model, volunteering opportunities and delivery changes requests.

Many answers are already written so you might just answer with a pre-written answer, but some may need common sense and execution to write and solve our community demands.
We need our customer service representative to be loving, caring, and passionate to serve, help and solve in a modern way and also conscious about nature.
Good reviews and references on customer service will be required.
Perfect ENGLISH is mandatory.
And remember: with every email and message written, with every problem solved you will be helping algo building consciousness about tree planting and forestation :)
