Eu tenho um programa portable  preciso que o arquivo exe só seja executado outras vezes com a utilização de uma chave serial, sendo que quando o programa for aberto 1000 vezes ele tem que pedir uma nova chave serial preciso criar o gerador e essa regra no arquivo exe
