I need an expert PHP programmer to develop a report module in Symfony 3.3 using ChartJS to an existing system.

I will provide dashboard wireframe with information we need, database fields documentation and Docker recipe. You must create it using our requirements applied to a fresh installation. Our team will validate code quality, you must push it to Github.


Report features are:
* Drag and drop to order boxes positions
* Export individual charts button if chosen by users (when hover over a chart)
* Export to PDF, Excel or PPT
* When exporting to pdf or ppt i want to allow users to add notes before export. Those notes appear on the final file
* Store the generated report information into a database for future consultation
* Data is control by a filter (already working)

Will give you:
1. Wireframe
2.
System requirements
3. Environment requirements
4. Database fields

You do not need to worry about layout except for the charts.
Use simple Bootstrap 4.
