Gostaria de desenvolver um portal de busca de restaurantes na minha cidade, hoje tipo esse site aqui: https://www.area17.com.br/ porem somente para restaurnates, algo seguimentado, seria um site com buscas de categorias etc. Onde a pessoa consegue pagar para aparecer mais etc...

Quero tambem fazer uma parte que seria tipo uma roleta, para a pessoa girar e a roleta indicar um lugar do site para ela ir a noite...
