Requisitos:
- O front deverá usar Bootstrap.
- As fontes deverão ser do diretório do Google
- Arquivos js e css de plugins devem ser mantidos em seus respectivos arquivos separados.
- Código válido W3C.
- Não é necessário usar Wordpress ou nenhum outro CMS. Propostas citando qualquer CMS serão descartadas.
