Preciso desenvolver um plugin que irá compartilhar automaticamente posts que sejam publicados no wordpress para o Twitter. Preciso que exista um botão onde eu selecione se um post será compartilhado no Twitter ou não

Preciso que o plugin tenha uma opção para alterar o titulo que será compartilhado nas redes sem alterar o titulo que estará no site

O plugin precisa compartilhar o titulo, imagem e link dos posts automaticamente.
