Credit Repair Phone Dialer – Specialized Pods Team (Project-Based, Entry Level)

Job Overview:
Our Credit Repair Department is growing, and we’re looking for entry-level Phone Dialers to join our specialized pods on a project basis. As a Phone Dialer, you’ll be responsible for using various dispute channels to ensure clients’ credit profiles are accurate and up to date. This is an ideal role for individuals looking to start a career in credit repair and financial services.

Department Structure:
To enhance our service, we have organized the department into specialized pods, each responsible for checking and processing 2-6 credit profiles daily.

Current Pod Positions:

    1.    Inquiry Removal/Data Company Freezing & Personal Information Updating Team
    2.    Late Payment Removal Team
    3.    Collections/Bankruptcy Team

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Perform daily phone calls as part of our dispute strategy.
    •    Collaborate within your pod to ensure all 5 dispute channels are active for each client, including:
    •    Phone Call Dialing
    •    Email Disputing
    •    Mail Letter Disputing
    •    Fax Disputing
    •    Online & CFPB Disputing
    •    Regularly update and document credit profiles to support dispute efforts.

Compensation Structure:

    •    Entry-Level Team Member: Project-based with a bi-weekly pay of $100.
    •    Specialist Position: For those with experience or progression within the team, bi-weekly pay increases to $200.

Qualifications:

    •    Strong phone communication skills.
    •    Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple profiles.
    •    Previous experience in credit repair or financial services is a plus but not required.
    •    Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
