Necesito desarrollar una aplicación para celulares Android 10 en adelante, la cual nos permita bloquear y desbloquear el uso del celular remotamente, en lo posible que no quede visible al usuario, para que no la pueda desinstalar, o que tenga alguna restricción para hacerlo.
