We are transforming their ideas into video art that continually racks in thousands of views.
And our client base is expanding rapidly, that's why we're looking for a Creative Producer to
join our team.

Challenges You’ll Meet :

-Generate qualitative creative ideas and concepts
-Oversee the entire creative production cycle, from ideation to final implementation, which
includes scheduling and coordinating the team's work
- Maintain communication with clients and be able to successfully present and communicate
creative concepts and ideas to clients
- Keep abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in creative
production, applying this knowledge to drive innovative and effective creatives

Your Professional Qualities :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in creative producing
- Expertise in formulating, developing, and executing creative strategies
- Outstanding skills in generating creative concepts
Strong leadership capabilities
- Ability to clarify underlying reasoning behind creative choices within a broader context
- Adeptness in delivering constructive and empathic feedback to both clients and team
members
- Open and effective communication aimed at building trust with various stakeholders
- Ability to work under multi-tasking and deadlines
- Аvailability of a portfolio with previous projects
- Upper-intermediate or advanced English level,
Upper-intermediate or advanced Ruso level
