Creative Director Role
Social Media Content and Short Form Videos
This is a long term role after completion of a trial period.

Do you thrive in creating engaging social media content that resonates with audiences? Are you a master organizer with an eye for detail? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking a passionate and organized Creative Director to oversee and lead the production of video and graphic design content for our client accounts. This position requires vision to create compelling storylines and engaging content, the communication skills to create effective briefs and outlines, and the organizational skills to see through the production and fulfillment of the content based on content calendar and client timelines.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Calendar Management:
Develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with client goals and target audiences.
Own the setup and management of a content calendar using Notion, including scheduling deliverables and deadlines.
Brainstorm and generate creative content topics for client accounts.
Research and analyze current trends and competitor content to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

Content Production Management:
Itemize and organize individual content pieces for each client account.
Craft clear and concise content briefs for each piece, outlining objectives, target audience, and brand voice.
Collaborate and coordinate with the in-house team of designers and editors to ensure successful content production on schedule.
Oversee the quality and consistency of all content produced, ensuring it adheres to brand guidelines and client specifications.

Content Formats:
Manage the production of various content formats, including:
Always-on social media content for client accounts
Announcement videos and launch campaigns for client projects
Informational material in short form video or infographic format
Official GIF collections with high quality and brand consistency
Emotes and stickers with highly shareable design
2D animated short form videos with original character design and dynamic animation

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in content management, social media marketing, creative team management, or a highly related field.
Previous experience and understanding of content trends and strategies in the sports or video games industry is preferred.
Previous experience managing teams of creatives in a content agency environment is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices (specifically Twitter, Instagram, & TikTok).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with English fluency.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Meticulous organizational skills with a proven track record of staying on top of content calendars and deliverables.
Proficiency in project management tools like Notion (or similar).
Passion for storytelling and creating engaging visual content.
