South Media, an ecommerce ad agency based in South America, is seeking a talented and dedicated Creative Designer to join our team of freelancers. We provide unique and innovative Meta Ads services to US-based fashion clients, helping small ecommerce brands grow with creative solutions typically available only to larger companies.

About Us:
At South Media, we prioritize creating a happy and efficient work environment for our team and clients. We value love, respect, and mutual support, and we believe in working smart, not hard. Our goal is to provide creative solutions that allow everyone to work 4-6 hours per day while delivering high-quality results to a select group of well-paying clients.

Responsibilities:
- Organize fonts, logos, and brand colors before making ad creatives for a new client
- Deliver 2 creative batches, creating a total of ~40 creatives per batch, following a 1:3 ratio of new concepts to variations (i.e., Create 3 variations for each new concept to reach the target of 40 creatives)
- Implement feedback from the internal team and clients
- Participate in team meetings

Requirements:
- Experience creating ad creatives for ecommerce brands
- Strong understanding of branding and the ability to create creatives aligned with each brand's messaging style
- Proficiency in video editing, with a focus on creating fun and engaging content while adhering to branding guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness (ideally answering messages within 12 hours)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
- Experience creating ad creatives for social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram
