We need a simple php script which creates a png from openstreetmap without using any 3rd part software / classes / libraries. A provided kml file defines several waypoints and the area which shall be displayed by the png. The waypoints and the route are to be drawn on the map derived from OSM.

Please see attached example image. Please quote only if you have worked with osm and kmz before. If you understand what needs to be done, tell me the year openstreetmap was founded.
