I need to create html page exactly as you can see the image. As you can see it's going to be a desktop html page, which means that I need it to look exactly the same as the picture but in HTML code. The font, size and everything else should be the exact same, otherwise I won't approve the project.

Basic html and css skill is enough to achieve the goal.
