Hola, buenos dias. Necesito crear una app que solo muestre anuncios sobrepuesto sobre otras apps, ejemplo estas mirando instagram y aparece un anuncio. seria como las apps virus que aveces instalan cuando descargas otras apps deberia ver con que proveedor de anuncio lo vinculamos, obviamente no estaria playstore por las politicas
