Being able to read English is a must for this project as the client specifications are all in English. Speaking and writing English is NOT a requirement.

Read the document carefully and get back to me with a plan on how you would carry it out, how long it will take you and how much you will charge.

This is part of a bigger project so if you do a good job, I will award the bigger project to you as well. I have various other projects but this is going to be a test project for now to see how you work.

You can work from home but it is advantageous if you are in Buenos Aires (Cap Fed), Argentina and we can meet up face to face for an initial interview.
