Necesito crear una Imagen svg, la cual yo pueda manipular su xml.

La intención es hacer un Marcador de posicion de vehiculos para google maps, Donde el icono va a tener otro SVG dentro (path) que va ser el tipo de vehiculo. Algo muy similar a esto https://cdn3.iconfinder.com/data/icons/map-markers-1/512/police_guard-512.png

La idea es que yo pueda cambiar el icono de adentro dinamicamente en mi lógica de la aplicación.
