Necesito crear una app IOS relativamene sencilla entérminos funcionales:

1-Debe haber una app cliente y otra app master o admin
2-La app cliente al momento de abrirla debe enviar una alerta con sonido a la app master, debe enviar como datos: ubicación geo referenciada por gps y un texto que diga URGENTE
3-La app master debe recibir las alertas y datos enviados por la app cliente, esta misma debe almacenar en un historial los datos
4-El que instala la app master recibe las alertas enviadas por el cliente
5- El que instala la app cliente solo debe enviar alertas
