Cover of a Diet Book, Metodo Circadiano

This  is  a book in Spanish ,  for  weight loss  and  diabetes prevention
This  diet  is  based  on meal timing ,  to eat more  at  breakfast  and  to  decrease  to  food  as  the day  goes  on in the afternoon  so  showing  like  change  in  colors  from  sunrise  to evening  will go very  nice
I have  made a main  illustration of the  cover  showing  a king  eating  breakfast and  below    in  Spanish  I  wrote Desayune  como un rey  y adelgace para siempre.
Most  important  would  like  to change  the  illustration  and instead of a king a wont  to show  a beautiful  blond  blue eyes  slim  lady  with a crown ,  eating  similar  food  as it is  now ,
So  I  will  write  below  Desayune como una  Reyna  y adelgace para siempre
Also  I want  that the  cover  will  look  more  professional  traying  to  make  the  background  of the  foto as  part  of  the background  of the  book  cover .
