“The present research was directed to the exploration of general aspects of Lava Jato’s operation, as well as to the institute of the ‘delação premiada’ linked to it; its aspects, sometimes positive, sometimes negative. It was used exclusively bibliographic methodology, concluding by the positivity of the use of ‘delação premiada’ in operations and "large" investigations. Based on these assumptions, we discussed various phases of the operation, including obtaining evidence from the report.?
