Necesito corregir un error o actualizar el permiso bluetooth de una app que esta construida en kotlin, esta se encontraba trabajando correctamente hasta que se realizo la actualización de API 30 a 33.

Mensaje de error:
java.lang.SecurityException: Need android.permission.BLUETOOTH_CONNECT permission for AttributionSource { uid = 10796, packageName = com.nextec.healthtech, attributionTag = null, token = android.os.BinderProxy@fe3f796, next = null }: enable

Adjunto imagen con el error completo, Manifest y porción de código (BaseFragmentCode) donde creo que se debe modificar y donde esta arrojando el error.
