Preciso fazer correção de telefones em uma planilha de excel. Nessa planilha preciso identificar quais números de telefone possuem 10 dígistos e na sequência adicionar o número 9. Depois disso esses números de telefone passaram por uma análise de validação pra identificar quais possuem whatsapp ativo. Uma vez que identifiquei quais números possuem whatsapp preciso retornar na planilha e selecionar apenas os leds que estão com o whats ativo.
