Convertir macro de excel a html

Buen dia. Necesito poder convertir esta macro de excel que adjunto a un html, o algo que me permita utilizar esta macro en una tableta. La funcion que hace esta macro es que lleva un reloj en tiempo real y ayuda a saber los tiempos de expiracion de ciertos productos.
En los archivo viene mas explicado como funciona.
