Convert word doc to google doc with correct formatting

I have a word doc which I need converted into a google doc while preserving the exact same formatting.  Just opening it in google docs messes up the formatting, and various online conversion tools haven't worked.  You will likely need to convert it then manually update the google doc until it matches exactly.
