Creación de un contexto de Asterisk para integrar en Elastix 4.0, la finalidad del contexto es que detecte cuando la llamada es contestada por una maquina (Buzón de voz) y que en lugar de transferirle a un agente disponible la cuelgue, se requiere que el contexto transfiera o asigne la llamada a los agentes única y exclusivamente cuando conteste voz viva o humana; esto necesitaría una modificación del AMD hasta dónde entiendo. El objetivo principal es aumentar el nivel de ocupación de los agentes.
