Synchro Social is a social media marketing agency that provides growth and content creation services to influencers and personal brands, helping impact-driven coaches and thought leaders share their journey on social media.

We're now looking for a part-time (expanding into full-time) Content creator/graphic designer with Social Media ability that can join us as soon as possible.

Job Description:
* As a skilled content creator in our team, your primary responsibility will be to create visually stunning social media graphics, with a special focus on Instagram. Your designs will play a crucial role in showcasing the proficiency and core values of our diverse range of clients.
* Conceptualization and Design: Utilize your creative prowess to conceptualize and design compelling social media graphics that align with the unique expertise and values of each client. Your designs should resonate with their target audience and encapsulate their brand identity.
* Visual Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual style across various graphics to strengthen our clients' brand recognition and identity. This includes adhering to established color palettes, typography, and other design elements.
* Software Proficiency: Showcase your expertise in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. While Photoshop is highly recommended, your familiarity with other tools will be valuable in creating versatile graphics. Proficiency to try new platforms and automatize the creating process as much as possible with new and advanced technologies.
* Timely Execution: Manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines, ensuring that your designs are delivered in a timely manner without compromising on quality.
* Feedback Incorporation: Embrace constructive feedback from both clients and team members to refine your designs and continuously improve the quality of our work.

What we're looking for from you:
* Very good English writing & speaking skills.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
* Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
* Proven experience (Minimum 1 year)  in creating impactful social media graphics, preferably with a portfolio showcasing your Instagram-specific designs.
* Have great initiative and proactiveness.
* Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain consistency and quality across various projects.
* Proficiency in design software including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
* Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
