Sirena is the one and only WhatsApp CRM. We develop technology that simplifies sales communications. We help businesses communicate better with their customers in order to improve their sales.
Do you love performing administrative tasks? You have an extreme attention to detail, amazing communication skills, have worked in a call center for at least 6 months and have profficient skills in google sheets and using internet tools.
We're seeking a Account executive for billing to join our team. You'll be expected to talk to our customers by phone, whatsapp and email and ensure they pay on time
Time required: 4 hours per day at the beggining. And after some time it may increase or decrease.

Your Main Responsibilities:
--------------------------------
Call, Email and WhatsApp customers to keep track of their payments dates and ensure they pay on time. (All the time)
Use Google sheets to keep track of every conversation
Use “Planhat”, our CRM, to manage all the new customers billing process. Including
Update our databases with the contract info, responsibles into the customers, etc.
Ensure all the information is correctly updated on our databases.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Amazing writing and communication skills
Profficient use of Google Sheets (Know-How in formulas. Queries will be a plus)
High attention to detail.

Skype or Toky account to make phone calls

Communicate with customers to confirm they received their invoices
Communicate with customers to ensure they pay on time.
Negotiate payment plans with customers.
Ensure all the Databases are updated.

Communication style

you’ll be expected to provide progress updates every day and fill the google sheet at the moment you are speaking to the customers. You should keep all the conversations there.
When you’re working, you must be available on Slack (we’ll give you an account).
When needed, you must be willing to do video calls on Zoom or Skype.
