Necesito , crear una app de windows o tambien puede ser web local , que consuma datos de manera local , a travez de un Stored Procedure que traiga los datos del servidor principal con Vinculated Servers.
Dicha aplicacion debera ser consultada con lector de codigo de barras , para que muestre  en pantalla , datos traidos en la consulta. Y deberá tener un status de la ultima vez que se actualizo la base.

Es un sistema online , si se corta Internet , poder tener esa informacion disponible , al menos para hacer facturas manuales.
