Preciso construir um aplicativo web infantil. O aplicativo é um desafio de perguntas e respostas ao estilo "Show do milhão". Já tenho a idéia pronta, conteúdo das perguntas e respostas e design da interface prontos. Só falta mesmo transformar ele realmente em um aplicativo. De preferência gostaria que funcionasse offline.
