I need you quote me to configure an external hard drive usb to make a backup of my synology....Don't know what happens that the app hyper backup don't recognize my external usb, the status appears like offline

. Necesito configurar un disco duro externo para que hga las copias allí mi synology nas. Lo tengo ya pinchado y el synology lo reconoce pero no se porqué en la aplicación hyper backup, uqe es la que hace copias de seguridad, sale offline
