La idea es empezar con un sistema de facturacion electronica y despues ir incorporando el resto de los modulos de Odoo.  Podria haber mas de un usuario, por lo que se requiere una base de datos centralizada.  Opcionalmente se podria ofrecer subir datos a la nube.
