Olá, tudo bem? Sou o Samuel e procuro alguém para criar uma api oficial do whatsapp a fim de evitar banimentos por spam ou por outras coisas.

Basicamente o que eu quero é que meu chip não caia por nada, mesmo eu enviando a mesma mensagem pras 250 pessoas diferentes no dia.

Procuro alguém paciente que me explique como funciona.
