Necesito conectar la plataforma de soporte Zendesk con el correo que uso en mi web para dar soporte, de modo que todos los correos que se envíen a mi web lleguen a Zendesk y yo pueda responder desde allí.

Ambas cuentas ya están creadas, es simplemente conectarlas y hacer la redirección de los envíos.
