Company representative at the territory of Nicaragua

I am looking for a highly skilled and experienced Local Operations Manager to represent my company in Bolivia. The ideal candidate should be bilingual and able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth running of the business
- Liaise with stakeholders and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Manage relationships with suppliers and partners
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Local Operations Management in Bolivia or a similar market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage a team

Duration:
- Long-term (More than 6 months)
