My team now organizing a project to establish a social enterprise that is focusing on the promotion of lifelong learning in Malaysia. There is a big void in the country when it comes to the "fifth discipline" ( to borrow from Sange) that will enable  people to grow personally and professionally through continuous learning. The company will be promoting self-driven and self managed learning initiatives , starting with educating the people in charged  of learning and development in commercial enterprises.

The name of the company is Lifelong Learning Academy Sdn. Bhd. (Sdn Bhd.
Means private limited) and the company's logo currently look like the attached business card.

Project overview

The project will generate revenues of about USD100 million a year, and will make our company the largest social enterprise in the country. The First phase of our plan will involve training about 2.4 million foreign guest workers in Malaysia . We will work very closely with the government and NGOs.
