We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Commission-Based Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our IT company. You will utilize various strategies and channels to generate leads, including but not limited to cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads within target industries and markets.
Reach out to prospects via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels to introduce our company and its services.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their level of interest and fit.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in our CRM system.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
Willingness to work on a commission-only basis with no base salary.
