The Cold Caller will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients to promote Be2Clean LLC's commercial cleaning and janitorial services.
The primary objective is to generate new business opportunities through phone calls and set up meetings for our sales team.

Requirements:

    Experience:
        Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or phone sales, preferably in the cleaning services sector or related industries.
        Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting.

    Communication Skills:
        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
        Ability to speak confidently and persuasively.
        Active listening skills and the ability to identify client needs and objections.

    Technical Skills:
        Basic knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
        Familiarity with automated calling tools and phone systems.

    Personal Skills:
        Highly motivated and proactive.
        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
        Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

    Education:
        High school diploma or equivalent (additional studies in sales, marketing, or related fields preferred).

Responsibilities:

    Client Prospecting:
        Make cold calls to businesses and residences to promote commercial cleaning and janitorial services.
        Identify and qualify interested prospects.

    Lead Generation:
        Generate and maintain a database of potential clients.
        Record all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

    Appointment Setting:
        Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
        Ensure prospects understand the benefits of the services offered.

    Follow-Up:
        Follow up with prospects who have shown interest.
        Maintain constant communication with the sales team to ensure sales closure.

    Reporting:
        Prepare daily/weekly reports on call progress and results.
        Provide feedback on market trends and client responses.

Working Conditions:

    Remote work with flexible hours.
    Additional commissions for each appointment set and/or sale closed.
