I have a large but uncomplicated legal survey plan of a subdivision that I would to have cogo'd in. This is NOT a digitizing exercise. Rather, a user who is familiar with Microsurvey or a similar survey CAD software that will enter in each bearing and distance for each parcel.
The plan units are in Feet, however I don't really care what units are used as I can scale the drawing afterwards. I do care however that each line is recreated accurately and the dimensions are as shown on the plan.
I'm willing to pay a bit more for this project if it can be completed within the next 3-4 days after

Deliverable will be an Autocad compatible DWG (Drawing File) in 2018 or earlier version. The linework will be simple 2D lines. Blocks on corners denoting monumentation is required, however 95% are Iron Posts (IP).
Annotations for the parcel numbers only, no other annotations are required. Plan drawing does not need to be georeferenced so arbitrary coordinate system is fine.
