Coffee table book design project

Hi! I am looking for a designer who is skilled with photoshop and design. I am hoping to create a coffee table book as a gift for my grandfather's birthday. Over the years he has drawn numerous cartoons for holidays, birthdays, etc.


I have many scans of these hand-drawn images and I would like to format them all into a book that can be reproduced for all the members of my family. The scanned images will need to be adjusted so they can be resized without getting blurry. The scan quality also varies some so I am hoping for some consistency to the format of each.


I have worked some on the software bookwright and would prefer this kind of file so that I can order prints of the book through blurb.  Beyond ordering all of the sketches I would like to add some text throughout in an aesthetically pleasing way.  I have attached an example of the drawings as well.
