Closer and Setter for Social Media Content and Ads Agency

I'm in search of two key roles to join my team at an exciting social media content creation agency. I'm looking for both a Closer and a Setter to help drive the growth and success of our agency.

Requirements for the Closer role:

Previous sales experience, preferably in the field of digital services or advertising.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivation to reach and exceed sales goals.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies is an advantage.
Requirements for the Setter role:

Experience in prospecting potential clients and generating leads.
Ability to establish strong connections and build business relationships.
Skill in identifying the needs and objectives of potential clients.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies is desirable.
Additional Project Details:
I'm creating an agency focused on social media content creation and advertising. Our services range from basic content creation to more complex advertising campaigns. The price range for our services is between $300 and $1500.

I'm open to discussing a flexible compensation structure, which could include a percentage of sales or a fixed payment per closed deal.
