Summary:
As a Client Success Representative at MGN ADventure, your role encompasses responding to and managing conversations with leads from our clients' campaigns and converting them into sales meetings for the client sales team. This is a fully remote opportunity to work with successful B2B businesses worldwide.

Client Success Representative Mission:
To manage and nurture leads from our clients' B2B campaigns to convert them into sales appointments for the client sales teams.

- Past Experience in Inbox Management/ sdr/ bdr/ b2b sales & marketing/ appointment setting/ customer success/ customer support

inbox manager responsibilities:
- categorizing all responses from our clients' cold email campaigns
- nurture and follow up with leads via email, phone, and loom videos
- submitting qualified appointments to our clients
- setting up reminders and co-ordination between leads and client team
- sending any responses to our clients for assistance when we can't answer the email and leveraging the clients' responses to create compelling responses to convert the lead
- uploading and managing our clients' do-not-contact list
- following any manual processes for our subsequences if necessary or needed

additional attributes:
identifying processes and systems to increase our conversion rates and minimize errors

bonus qualifications:
- experience working in an outbound agency.
- Wide-ranging B2B experience across multiple industries.
- Entrepreneurial experience
